Veertu doesn’t make money from ads. So we don’t collect data in order to advertise to you. The information we collect at Veertu is to share information with you about Veertu products and services.

In order to give you the best possible experience using Veertu products, we collect information from your interactions with the website. Some of this information, you actively tell us (such as your email address, which we use to communicate with you). We don’t collect any information based on actions you take while using Veertu products.

Veertu uses Freshsales to store and manage personal information provided by users during trial registration. Users can request to be forgotten, can request their personal data, can opt-out of future communication.

Trial License Key Management

Veertu uses reprise software hosted licensing service to generate and manage trial licenses requested by the users. Users can request to be forgotten and can request their personal data.

Product Support Portal

Payment Processors

Veertu provides Services in conjunction with Bluesnap payment processor. Bluesnap acting as payment processors may collect and store personal data related to your billing information and history in order to provide their services and may collect and store personal data and business data to prevent fraud and other abuse.

When you request your personal information to be deleted, Veertu deletes your personal data as outlined in this document. However, to delete your payment or billing information, you will need to do so with your payment provider, as Veertu only has minimal secure access to those records as needed to provide the services.

Potential Consequences of Processing

None of the personal data provided by the user is made public.

By using Veertu Services, you authorize Veertu to transfer, store, and use your information in the United States and any other country where we operate. This ID code is only used to enable us to distinguish between unique machines so that (i) we do not duplicate reports from the same source; and (ii) we can determine the number of unique machines that are using the products and services.

This research is conducted for our internal business and training purposes and will improve our understanding of our users’ demographics, interests and behavior.
